Add Light

 

 

Today I remembered that the addition of sunlight to snow causes it to look like a million tiny diamonds sparkling all over the ground. 

 

 

Light changes everything. 

Whether outside on a snow covered landscape, or inside on an equally snow covered landscape. 

Winter Stories

 The stories are small in winter.

Delicate in fact, existing mostly beneath the surface.

They can appear desolate, sad.  Not worth telling.

But every story has it's own poetic beauty if you look closely.        If you focus.

There is an intrinsic grace and beauty in emptiness.

A profound understanding to be heard in silence.

Infinite stories waiting to be heard.
